This policy explains how AD Digital ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We keep things simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we only use it to respond to you and provide our services.

Who we are

What we collect and why

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name (if you provide it)
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you provide it)
• The service you're interested in and your message

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to communicate with you about your project. We rely on your consent (the tick box on the form) as the lawful basis for processing this information under UK GDPR.

How the form works

The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that delivers your message to our email inbox. Formspree processes the data you submit in order to deliver it to us. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people use the site — for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Analytics only runs if you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you reject it, or simply don't make a choice, no analytics runs and no analytics cookies are set.

• If you accept: Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) used to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. This data is processed by Google; their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• If you reject: the only thing stored is your choice itself (in your browser's local storage), so we don't ask you again on every page.
• Advertising cookies: not used on this website at all.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers; this is covered by the same Google privacy policy linked above.

Who we share information with

We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. Your enquiry data passes through Formspree (to deliver the message) and our email provider (to store it in our inbox). If you accept analytics, Google processes aggregate usage statistics as described above. That's it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows. If you'd like your details deleted at any point, email us and we'll remove them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
